Efficient service — have never waited longer than 15 minutes, no appointment necessary

I honestly wish I had more cars to come here more frequently throughout the year! The owner/operator is a pleasant gentleman who always greets you with a smile and is beyond courteous and knowledgeable! This is the ONLY place that our household goes to for emissions testing.

Absolutely nothing wrong with the service. It was quick and easy. But they do ask you for a tip at the end, which is weird. If I am paying for the emissions test, what extra am I tipping for? Pay your workers a better wage, or include whatever amount you're too cheap to include in their paycheck in the price of your service. I dont understand why customers are being pressured to tip for a silent service that we are obligated by law to get.

BEWARE: the guy held my credit card and asked “how much tips you want to give me?” Not knowing if he would screw over my emission result, I reluctantly gave him a tip. When i asked him for the receipt after, he said no receipt. Super shady practice. Never ever going here again.

A solid 'OK' service. Was in and out in about 10 minutes, which was great. But the attendant had quite the random annoyance with me. As I read others' reviews before coming, I was aware of the potential 'cash only' policy. Once I got there, I asked the attendant if I pay prior or after. He then asked 'you have cash?' to which I told him that I didn't. Seemed bothered. But right above his head was a huge sign showing that all major credit cards were available for usage. Seemed even more bothered that I pointed out the sign, in question. All that to say - yes you can use a card.
